Materials

• Salt
• Oil
• Food coloring
• Clear jar
• Water

1. Fill the container with 2/3 of water. 
2. Pour slowly 1 inch of oil on top of the water. 
3. Put 2 drops of food colouring in. 
4. Sprinkle salt gently over the oil mixture
